Fastforward.me is a bespoke coaching service designed to help young people truly understand their unique strengths. Through professional coaching and use of psychometrics, we guide and build confidence with young people so they can target the industries and jobs in which they will thrive.

Complete a short online accredited questionnaire, the results of which highlight 12 strength areas in rank order and also drives a matching algorithm plotting your strengths against 12 broad career areas.
Results are processed immediately and are exported in report form for you to discuss in the next stage with your business coach.

This is where we stand out from the crowd as we give you access to experienced, business coaches. This 75 minute session expands on the results found in the questionnaire, give accurate in-the-field advice on how to approach your next move, and discuss how best to capitalise on your unique strengths and tackle highlighted challenge areas.
Our conversation helps you link your experiences to your strengths and helps you evidence your skills using business language. The session is action focused and you receive a summary of these actions following the coaching discussion along with your own personalised report.
